- Account for financial management needs and forecast facilities expenses
- Maintain and update your facilities database, including floorplans and asset
utilization records
- Create and manage implementation of furniture space standards
- Conduct workplace space re-planning, create space allocation models, and
implement needed changes
- Coordinate and manage out-tasking activities to support both effectiveness
and efficiency in operating facilities
- Evaluate employee satisfaction with facilities and services, recommend
appropriate improvements and enhance satisfaction
- Develop programs in specialized fields such as preventative maintenance,
disaster recovery and security/life safety
