- Participate in planning sessions, bringing our experience to bear in helping
your team develop an effective installation plan
- Identify your installation requirements, review your order production schedule,
and create an installation plan that minimizes time and disruption for your
organization
- Receive and inspect products as they are shipped from the manufacturer
- Stage and sequence delivery of products to your job site
- Transport products to your job site
- Resolve any issues with damaged products or other delivery problems
- Install all products to conform with your approved space plan
- Communicate issues or job site changes to project team leader immediately
- Conduct post-installation site inspections
- Adjust installation based on post-occupancy inspections
