• Repair damaged or worn parts on furniture (such as drawer pulls and slides), and on chairs (such as casters and arm rests), replacing used parts with new parts when appropriate
• touch-up nicks, scratches, gouges, and other signs of use on furniture surfaces
• Refinish fine wood furniture – including desks, chairs, credenzas, and file cabinets
• Pick-up and transport furniture from your facility to our refurbishment centre, returning and installing them following refurbishment
• Inspect all refurbished items after they’ve been returned to use, ensuring your satisfaction with all workmanship and materials used
